The other thread in this Community has been flagged as answered. As far as installing TBC after July of every year, this remains a bug which I hope can be addressed.
GNSS observations in TBC still display "invalid leap seconds" instead of observation times based on computer (or TBC local time offset). Yes, there is a way to alter the XML, but increasingly impossible for those with IT departments that are locking down everything except the office coffee pot.
This error has returned and continues to be a problem.
Maybe extend the "timer" in your installs...?
