Adjusting a traverse in TBC, and TBC in general, is very much for working with observation data directly from one of Trimble's data collector raw files, not for entering survey observations manually.

I did not have the license or software in the DC to do a traverse. So I am trying to get the angles in TBC from point to point.. unsure what is the correct method to get the angles or azimuth. I have seen something about adding azimuth and then subtracting angles. I just have tried that yet and what to look for.

I am not sure what you mean by "correct angle"? Can you elaborate on that a bit? Typically, one imports angle sets from the field and then uses the Traverse adjustment command to adjust the traverse. Control points can be assigned in the adjustment routine.
