You can also go into your C:\Trimble Synchronizer Data\MP TSC7\Trimble SCS900 Data folder, and delete, rename or move the Allsites.xml out of that folder, then when you restart Siteworks it will ask you where you want to map your data folder to, in which case just make sure it says C:\Trimble Synchronizer Data\PC\Trimble SCS900
If you really want to get fancy there's a registry setting at: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Trimble\SCS900\Folders that if you change the "MP TSC7" to "PC" that should re-map the emulator to the device you want.

In that case you'll need to move the folder someplace else for a few minutes.
Restart the simulator, that will now ask for a new folder, so point it to the new one.
And now move the other folder back.

Just delete or rename the old folder and restart Siteworks, it should ask for a new layer location afterwards.
