I've got few pdf's with multiple pages for each discipline for road design.

All pdfs were exported from Autocad using the same layouts.

Can I in TBC georeference all pages from one pdf and then automatically georeference other pdfs using the same snap points?? 

There is no one button to imported multiple sheets at one time.   Off the top of my head,  you could import those PDF as sheets and then import the CAD data in Plan View.  which is not the actual sheet, but the CAD lines. 

If you have stations on those sheets, I typical create a CSV file with stations, offset and the Point ID would be the station.  When your in the process of doing your Georeference in the Location A and B cell after clicking in the PDF, you would just type the station which would be the Point ID. This save from panning across the screen over and over.
