Is there a way of selecting all "Office entered" coordinates in a TBC project? See screenshot below. Thank you.

You could select all office entered points by selecting Job files and other import files in Selection Explorer and then use the Invert Selection command.
I have not tried it myself but you might be able to to remove all office entered coordinates using the Explode Point command first then use the steps above.

I'm not trying to select points.
I want to select office entered coordinates. These do not appear in the selection explorer because these are not in the JOB files. But thanks for replying.

I realize that, which I why I suggested using Invert Selection. Use Explode Points first to split out any merged coordinates into separate points. Use Selection explorer then Invert the selection to deselect imported points and select office entered points (also select any other entities you want to keep like linework, surfaces, etc before selecting Invert Selection).  Delete what is left selected.

    You keep talking about points.
    I'm not talking about points.
Try this so you can see what I'm talking about.
Import a JOB file. Click on any point and add a coordinate. You'll see that coordinate will be labeled as an office entered coordinate associated with that point.
I'm talking about globally selecting all office entered coordinates, not points. Ok?
    Thanks.

I'm talking about points because you can't easily select just the coordinates (or at least not multiple coordinates as you are trying to do). Using explode points will separate out the office entered coordinates and create points from them. You can then select and delete the points.

I'll give it a try. But, it sounds extreme, exploding the points. Sounds like more of a CAD function. What happens to all the DiNi leveling observations, total station observations and GNSS observations after the points are exploded? And, after I'm able to select the office entered coordinates to delete them by this process of exploding the points, how do you pull everything back together again? Thank you.

selecta all first then advanced select/apply to current selection/dropdown coordinates/apply
then navigate to an imported job and expand and right click and erase. without clicking anywhere else.

will get all the coordinates and leave only observed data. we use this all the time. but might not be what you are after because it will erase the coordinates created in the data collector too.

I am only talking about "Office entered" coordinates. These are NOT in any of the data collector files. Looking forward to someone's reply that finally understands what I'm asking. Thank you.

my routine will delete all “coordinate” points excluding any assigned control quality. regardless if they are from the data collector or office entered. i just gave the easiest way to find what is highlighted. at the end of what i posted you could also expand a point that has an office entered coordinate and it should be highlighted and then right click to delete all highlighted.
what will remain are control quality points (or office entered control quality) and all points that have observations associated with them.
and i should mention that i am taking my time to try to help you, so there is no need to be rude.
    hope this helps

I'm not being rude at all.
Please read my very original post for this thread.
I'm not asking about deleting points.
I'm talking about selecting the "Office entered" coordinates associated with points in the TBC project. I don't find it helpful reading replies from people that don't understand the question in the first place. Once you discover your replies do not apply to what I'm asking here, you'll be blushing.

What is the goal you are trying to achieve after you select all office entered coordinate data entries?

Once they are selected, you might choose to disable all of them. You might want to delete all of them. You might want to set them all to Control status. Being able to select these Office entered coordinates and other coordinates associated with the points would be very helpful.
By the way, I added a screenshot to my original post to make it easier for people to see what I am asking about.
    Thank you.

i don t know how to select only the office entered ones in bulk. and i might have been mistaken about being able to delete them, as i mentioned. maybe this was possible in an older version. i thought i remember doing it in the past. seems like having them in advanced select should be an option.
but i might have thought of a work around. if we import a csv for office entered points then you get some of the functionality you were after. for sure you can disable/enable them in bulk from the csv, but i don t know how to bulk change their quality(other than reimporting). certainly not perfect, but might be an option.

i was curious if this thread has gone anywhere?? it would be nice to be able to select these office entered coordinates easily. when i try in advanced select i don t see them in the dropdown options for coordinates. maybe i am doing something wrong.

we also often delete the initial positions created from some static observations. i don t remember exactly but i think they are labeled global coordinates. not sure if these could be group selected in a similar way. or if something already exists for this.
