Perspective can't delete scan

    I'm using an X7, and I can't seem to delete a scan that has no points, and no photo data. Perspective has grayed out the delete option. Is there a way to manually delete the scan via the Windows directory? I'm new to this system, and I don't know ow how the file structure works, so I couldn't find anything obvious, when I searched Windows Explorer. This particular scan was not linked when I tried to refine the cluster

    What type of data collector are you using and have you tried to manually review the job from there to delete the scan?
