could you please contact imaging_support@trimble.com with your error? If possible, can you add to your email your zipped temp folder?
Here a description where you can find it and what content you can ZIP:
The temporary processing folder can be found on your computer at:
C:\Users\LOGIN-NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\uasbox
LOGIN-NAME is the name that you use to log in to your computer.
You will need to check this folder during your TBC Photogrammetry processing or when it crashes. As soon as you run another photogrammetric process, the folder will be overwritten, therefore try to get the content directly after your error or crash.
ZIP the complete [uasbox] folder and send it to the support group. They can contact you and help you with further steps.
