hello I am new to this software and the survey profession. I had the same quesiton when processing my files but they could be perfectly processed in my school's TBC so it is very uncanny. Then I did some research and reckoned it may be somewhat related to my windows account name as my account name has a ' symbol in it then I created a new account and left the ' out. It worked. I hated to change between different accounts so I changed all the options related to my file path from Disk C to Disk D so TBC won't have to deal with my accout name. It worked again. I reckoned TBC GNSS module should be troubeshoot when i comes to the case as mine.
Just my case. Wish it helps.

According to my local Trimble representative, it probably has to do with access rightd to the data files. They can solve it in their computer without problems. I will check it out and report back.

Hi Grzegorz,
I ran Process Baselines on your project and had issues with some of the baselines but not all of them. For me it says that the ephemeris data is not available and it's for the CORS stations I guess (BUSK to KIEL, BUSK to WLOS, Kiel to KONS and so on).
All of the others could be processed without issue.

So how can you fix this issue?
Get Ephemeris data for the basestations, I downloaded IGS final Orbits with the Internet Download option in TBC and then processed the baselines again.

Hi,
could you please help me with processing my GNSS static data? The problem occurs when I want to process baselines. It fails because "No reference files are available". What kind of reference files are these?
I've done that previously with a different project and that error didn't occur. I've already tried setting a new project but it still hasn't help.
The project is attached to this post. I hope you will be ok with it being a different version of the program (SPECTRA's Survey Office)
