Trimble Authorized Dealer very busy, and I need suppport with "process panorama" error, 2 scans with around 50 images each, but It does not work, and the true color is not applied to the pointclouds. I can send the project files.

Somehow your scan station point does not have elevation. If you elevate that to the correct place where r1, r2 points are then colorization and panorama processing are available.
