I am able to upload T02 files to the GNSS processor and cannot reproduce the screenshot that you initially uploaded.

Are you having difficulty with all T02 files or just this one?

Can you send me the specific T02 file and the url of the GNSSprocessor page you are uploading it to and I can try both here.

This is the file that keeps giving me the error. I have tried old files that I have used in the past and processed thru the TBC service and get the same Failed message. I was able to process this thru the NGS OPUS website. 
Edit: I cannot attach the file due to it being a .21o extension. File is 41mb , so I cant send thru email.

I believe I understand what causes the error for your file as you mentioned it is 41Mb.
cloud.api.trimble.com is rejecting the file due to a recently introduced 10Mb upload limit. We are investigating how to work past this file size limit.

I'm still not clear on what is triggering the failure on your file. Your screenshot indicates it is not the same cause as for Ben.
I'll invite you to a Connect project so that you can more easily send the file through to me.
