Thanks - yes, you're right. I've since learned that you can turn off project subfolders in TBC options. Then the project is just the VCE file. We'll manage "processed" and "to be processed" my moving the files. I believe this would disable project thumbnails, which are nice - but that's the tradeoff for having an organized and clean folder structure.

Pretty sure the TBC project folder is there to provide record of the data imported (nice for QC) and to host referenced images/PDFs/point clouds. I Keep a folder structure, like the similar to the one you suggested, but manually and outside the TBC project folder.

Can the TBC template project folder structure be customized? In other words, can we create a collection of standardized folders under the project template folder, something like the following? The idea is that these folders would be automatically created when a project is created from a project template.
