Did you have a look at the "AddHogToLine" command. It's not just useful for girder deflections, but also for transitioning if you have vertical steps between neighboring lines.
Or you fully customize your vertical deflection with "MergeLineProfile".
And check out the included help file "C:\ProgramData\Trimble\MacroCommands3\SCR Macros\MacroHelp\MacroHelp.htm". Most, if not all, commands have a help button that will open this file in the browser as well.

I can't tell if I have cut some time out of my current step. Using your girder command and then the sweep between lines, very nice. thank you
Now to have a built-in deflection tool for the girders!!!!

If you offset the center line you can either use "SeepBetweenLines" or "CreatePointsOnXline", probably the last one.
You can multi offset the CL's with "MultiOffset", but ignore the elevations of the new lines, they are potentially wrong. That's still something I need to work on.
Or you create yourself a CSV template with the chainages at a certain interval and offsets and use "ImportStaOffEl".
All those solutions don't evenly divide a given line though, never thought of that. It's all based on fixed stations/intervals along the source line.
As workaround, the interval fields are usually distance pickers, so you can "measure" the length of the line and then use math inside the field.
