So where the User Profile Manager doesn't help me, is that I'm taking Rockpile Solution's custom ribbons and uploading them as they make changes, which is at least every release. They use different keyboard shortcuts than me and it appears there is now way to separately save keyboard shortcuts so I'll just have to write them all down and manually change them every time RPS changes their custom ribbon.
And yes, my issue with the license not loading is what is causing the ribbons to get all screwed up. I need to just upload the RPS ribbon, change keyboard shortcuts and then save it immediately. That's where I'm going wrong.

There are a couple of things here and I'm happy to address them.
- Ribbons
- If you're not aware of the User Profile Manager, please check it out. This may solve your problem. You can store multiple ribbons (and user settings and templates as well) in the cloud associated with your TID and when you update to a new version, you can bring those files back in from the cloud so to not have to reconfigure them manually and/or save the files locally and upload them back in to the new version.
- One thing that may be causing ribbons to appear differently is that when TBC starts, it checks for your license. If one is not found, you will see a much smaller set of tabs and functions displayed. I remember you posted recently that you were having some license drop issues and these may be related.
- Keyboard shortcuts
- These shortcuts are stored in your ribbon file, so the above should help you solve the issue. Essentially, load a ribbon, edit your keyboard shortcuts, save the ribbon file. Repeat as needed for your other ribbon setups.

Okay, not trying to open Pandora's box but I know there has been some changes with savings ribbons from version to version (I think).
I always upload Rockpile Solutions latest Ribbons. I do it solely for their ribbon and button layout. But the problem is, I have my own specific set of keyboard shortcuts I use. Is there any way to save the keyboard shortcuts as I continuously update my ribbons use Rockpile Solution's ribbon? Right now I'm continously having to reprogram the keyboard shortcuts. Plus, this TBC version has been resetting my ribbon and changing things like crazy!
I'm going nuts here.
