Trimble Business Center

I was trying to register a cropped portion of a scan station with the full scan it was taken from. The cropped portion had been registered to other scans so it was in the right location. It's blatantly obvious how the scans should line up, but no matter what I did it would just do what is on the attached pic. I even tried georeferencing since the scans are from the same data, I could pick the same data points in each and tell them to line up, but they still will not match. Any suggestions?

I also had this today trying to extract power lines. It doesn't seem to be able to follow the lines like it use to.
