Send to RTX-PP warranty issues

    Is anyone else getting this error when importing T-04 files and sending to RTX-PP? "A license has been detected, but it is out of warranty. A warranty is required to run this feature. Contact your dealer to extend your warranty period."

    Hi Tex - This is a known issue and should be fixed in the upcoming patch.

    Hi Jonas - came here looking for this exact information, as well.  We've been having problems with this for over a month.  Would you happen to know or have any idea on a timeline for this patch/fix?  Seeing as the functionality broke previous versions of Trimble, would you happen to know if this is going to be something that gets fixed on the backend or would we need to install the patch on all machines running the software?

    Brian- This warning has to do with external websites that verify date/time information. At the moment, I don't believe there is a plan to update past versions of TBC that rely on this. So you would need to install the patch to remove this issue.

    Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide an exact timeline for the patch apart from soon. Alternatively, you can process this RTX information outside of TBC at the below website.

    Running v.2025.20 with a maintenance expiration of 11/30/2026.

    All,

    the punchline here is that you need to use the Trimble RTX submission page. Then when you get the email from Trimble RTX, you can simply drag the XML into Trimble business center. The check box for RTXPP will have to wait for the patch.
