Siteworks Report Utility Running in TBC 5.90 Subscription License

    I have been unable to use the Siteworks Report utility. Keeps throwing these errors. Anyone have any experience with this? I have Version 1.8 of the utility.

    Hey Matt.  Try the following that was provided to me when I had a similar issue a few months ago.  Pretty sure something changed after a Windows update that affects Excel and stops the report from opening correctly.  Hopefully it works for you as well.

    1. Open Excel manually first (not from TBC), go to File > Options, then on the left select Trust Center, and click the Trust Center Settings button.
    2. From there, head into ActiveX Settings and change it to: Enable all controls without restrictions and without prompting.
    3. Click OK to save and exit, then give the report another go through TBC.

    Hi Matt, 

    If you try running the RU directly, and not launching via TBC or SCSDM does that work?  And/or did Brad's ActiveX suggestions get things working for you?  If not, you can DM me your RU, your tasklog and record.txt and we can take a look.

    I am also having this issue. 

    Has it been resolved? 

    The Active X did not work. My report utility works on my laptop but having this issue on a brand new PC build from this year.
