I am not seeing that coordinate systems as an option when creating a new project in SCS900. All I see is World Wide/UTM and then no option for a zone 33 Fuso.
Can you send a screenshot of exactly what settings you are trying to setup in SCS900 when starting a new project? I also don't see a simple EGM08.ggf file available either, there are very many flavors of EGM GGFs available.
So I need to know exactly what you are selecting for the coordinate system options and then what GGF geoid file you are trying to associate to the coordinate system.
To contact Trimble support you work through the dealer that you purchased the equipment from, in this case most likely the local SITECH who are equipped to deal with SCS900 questions. They are the first line of support for Trimble products.

The configuration I use is the following UTM-WGS84-Fuso 33 system and I want to import the EGM08 geoid but for the configuration it only lets me import the EGM96, with a Trimble Siteworks tutorial video I imported it, however when I select it I get an error that the projection cannot be loaded. I don't know how to solve it or how I can contact the Trimble support channel. Thank you very much for answering.

Hola Alejandra,
Exactly what issue, the crash or the unable to find the geoid?
What geoid are you using? And what coordinate system? SCS900 is not supported anymore, and it's likely you're using a newer coordinate system & geoid that is not in the Current.csd (coordinate system database). There may be a way to modify the Current.csd through the use of the Coordinate System Manager app. Importing new coordinate systems into SCS900 is possible, but requires some careful configuration.
I'd also suggest working with your SITECH and seeing if they can help as well. They should have experts on staff who know how to handle such issues, and can always escalate to Trimble's support channel, who should be able to help out further if necessary.
