Is there a standard deviation or positional accuracy report for TBC that shows Northing, Easting, and Elevation?

There is the Quality Assurance Report. It might be a bit more detailed than what you are after but it would be a good place to start. If you are interested in just a single point then  there is the point derivation report. There are also Network Adjustment reports, Traverse Adjustment reports, Site Calibration reports, etc

I've looked through all of those reports and I'm not really seeing what I wanted in a complete report. I'm wanting a report that after the Network Adjustment is performed, I can see the horizontal and vertical precision separated. Currently I use the ALTA/NSPS report and the point list, but the ALTA/NSPS report does not separate the precision out in Northing, Easting, and Elevation. Am i missing something in one of the other reports?

I've created a custom report that shows most of what I want, but I'm not sure how to get the feature code to display and I'm not sure if the Sigma value is 95% confidence.

Does anyone know how to get the Feature Codes to display in a Network Adjustment report from the Point List (Sub)?

Check the settings in your project. The values in the report should be the same. The precision confidence level can be set in Project Settings, Default Standard Errors, Confidence Level Display.
