Subscription License Issues

    Anyone else using subscription licenses that needs to constantly login and logout? I go through it all day. Thankfully two step verification is working properly now, it used to make me text a code daily.

    I am not seeing this and I'm on a subscription license as well. Can you tell me more about how this is occuring? Is it after long idle while TBC is still running? After reopening TBC in the same day? What version are you running? Latest is 5.70.8236.15475 (in About)

    I'm running the latest version. I am in a large number of projects per day and I often leave TBC running idle, sometimes for an hour or too. Sounds like that may be a recipe for disaster.

    Hey Adam
    If you are the only one running the TBC license all day - you can also check it out (to run offline) remotely.  I think this is a great option that should remove any issues too.

    Oh wow great tip, yeah I'm going to try that. Unfortunately i'll still have to do it for our RPS macros which is frustrating as @Richard Tyndall has mentioned.​

    We're not on a TBC subscription service but we're forced to logout and log back in multiple time per day in order to utilize the RPS TMLs. Trimble has been aware of this for sometime now.

    One of the reasons I won't update or use RPS TMLs is that my workstation has no internet connectivity and shouldn't have to.
