Surface Creation issue

    I created several Linestrings. They are like Pads (Closed Polygons with a single Elevation each).

    I used these as surface members to generate a surface.

    Surface within some Polygons have the same elevation all across, one particular polygon (A rectangle) has varying elevations. Unable to diagnose cause. Could some one help.

    I have attached the concerned vcl file, zipped and the screen shot of concerned area with surface profile.

    The linestring 'RGL Outer Bdy' is the master line for the 'FGL-RGL' surface tie, the surface tie is a member of 'FGL All' surface but the master linestring is not, it's conflicting with the Zone 9 linestring in the FGL layer. You need to either edit the RGL Outer Bdy line to match the Zone 9 linestring at that 35.70 elevation or make a new linestring with the correct elevations for your surface tie to work correctly.
