    The scale can be modified from the case parameters, "View" tab > "Cross-sectional view" (sorry, my TBC is in French):

    Speaking of the Surface Slicer View (3 years later!), what is there no ability to select from this view. It would be super helpful to select in the surface slicer view to more effectively clean a surface. Especially, one that is produced from drone-derived lidar. The vertical exaggeration in the 3D view is nice for this; however, it would be ldylic to select from the slicer view! I may be missing something but I have looked everywhere in settings, options, and on the web. Perhaps I can try the profile view?

    If you are simply wanting to select a section in the slicer view (so that it highlights etc), you can do this by clicking the cursor onto a different view (eg plan view) and then you should be able to click on individual sectoin lines in the surface slicer view.  Apologies if this is not what you were meaning - I found this by accident, but do this regularly.

    Good suggestion. I am trying to select in the slicer view. It turns out that the plane manager and cutting plane tool is working ok for what I am doing. Thanks!
