TBC 2024.10 installation problem

    Hi

    I am trying to install latest TBC, but for both offline and online I am getting error related with installation of TBCHElpEnglish.msi. 

    After click OK same window is show again, after click Browse and navigate to TBCEnglishHelp second message appears, and after Click Cancel installation stops.

    I try Office Clean Up utillity, Revouninstaller also with registry cleaner, but no help.  So how to resolve this? Thanks
