Tried creating tif as well as jpg of a point cloud in plan view. Pink media file in center of screen. Images produced are all black but except I do see media folder. No point cloud. Tried both true color and region colors.

You have to use the "Create Orthophoto".

Thanks. Unfortunately, with this command it appears that I cannot make an ortho in region colors. I'm pretty sure in the past I was able to do that with the other command.

Curiously, what is the reason for wanting this output? Just a raster image representation of the classified point cloud regions?

Thanks. Unfortunately, with this command it appears that I cannot make an ortho in region colors. I'm pretty sure in the past I was able to do that with the other command.

Some of our work entails sx10 scanning of short runs of industrial piping & valve sites which are usually painted white or grey in color. Often these pipe racks/runs are located over concrete or limestone. Client likes to see georeferenced imagery for early planning phase purposes, etc. The true color imagery washes out and the others don't look great either. The region colors make a great contrast and are basically self-explanatory. 

The command has worked well in the past for this but seems with the most recent update I'm just getting the black georeferenced imagery.
