TBC 5.60.2 download links provide just 5.70

    the tbc v5.60.2 (and all others) links provide just tbc 5.70. Can trimble these fix please.

    The 5.60.2 link is updated and the 5.60 was removed as 5.60.2 was a patch to fix 5.60. All the other previous versions were unaffected.
