TBC 5.70 Snaps Not Picking Up Z Value

    Question for the development team.

In version 5.70 when I snap to eg. an endpoint of a line string that has Z value either as an elevated horizontal node or VPI, that Z value is not accepted with the snap?  This small change in the snaps accepting Z values adds too many extra steps during data prep.

This will be addressed in a patch coming very soon.

Can you explain to the community why this changed for version 5.70?

Yes, Matt, it's a bug. It was unintentional.

    Hi Matt,
just to be sure we also test your case - in which view did you experience it? In the Plan View, 3D View, Edit Corridor or Surface Slicer?
Let me know what CAD element you use and what you try to snap, so we can double-check it. But it looks fine for the patch. Hope we cover your case too.

Plan View snapping to any cad element that has Z value.  The only snap that would pick up a Z value is the surface snap.

    Hi Matt,
in the current tests it looks fine for this case. This should now work in the upcoming patch build.
