Trimble Business Center

TBC 5.81 freezes randomly. Doesn't matter what size file or what work I am doing. If I click on an object it will highlight it for a second and then goes away.

My curser will not show up on any of the plan views.

I can still select from the ribbon, view manager, and project manager.

I have to restart TBC at least every 10 minutes.

Please help! 

Which graphics mode are you using?

Go to the Support Tab -> Options and change it, you'll need to restart TBC

especially for point clouds Trimble advises to use OpenGL anyway, and I had troubles with DirectX before

Are you using a docking station? If you do then try and see if it happens if you unplug that one.

Pleas try to the following:

1. Check your PC specs against the recomended PC specs in the TBC Release Notes.
2. Make sure your graphics drivers, Windows drivers, etc are all up to date.
3. Try uninstalling TBC using the Trimble Office Clean Up Utility and then reinstall it.  The clean up utility can be found here:

If you have a separate graphics cards, make sure it is actually used by TBC:
