TBC 5.90 EXPORT TO TRIMBLE CONNECT

    Hey guys,

    I'm having trouble exporting to Trimble connect (see image below). I can hit the cloud button and browse connect as normal and even import data.  if I have a look at the external profiles in options, I can create a TCC and Bently but no connect. could my Trimble connect setting be wrong (see image below).

     i just seen the there is a new Australian server. i wonder if this has anything to do with it? I'm currently using Asia

    The Australian server has just been added but I don't think it's related. The TBC dev team are working on a fix for this. Until that fix is available, the workaround is to use Trimble Sync Manager.

    I can repeat this and will report it as an issue to the TBC Development team. The external services profile allows you to set up login credentials for an external service. You shouldn't need it for Connect because you should be logging into TBC with the Trimble ID as you use for connect. So I don't know why this external service profile error is appearing.

    As a work around until this issue is resolved I would recommend you use Trimble Sync Manager to update the files to connect.
