    Anybody else running into this issue after upgrading?

    Seems to be happening to everyone on the team. Extract ground gets stuck at 0%.

    Hey Rory,

    I have used a few different point cloud data sets since updating to 5.9 and have not encountered this issue. 

    If you could share the data, I would be happy to take a look and see if I can get different results.

    I switched from outdoor terrestrial to outdoor aerial and it seems to be working fine now.

    Hello, good afternoon.

    I am also working with TBC version 5.9. I loaded a point cloud obtained from photogrammetry with the intention of automatically classifying it into the set regions, but the process did not succeed. I left my office thinking that when I came back the next day the process would be finished but the progress was still at 0%.

    How can I correct this error?

    I managed to get it working by switching from outdoor terrestrial to outdoor aerial.
