Hi - Can you please add a bug area to the community.
Reaching out to the authorized dealer is great, however they might be on leave, away, unavailable or other.
Again, this can be kept private (as per your wish on the "forum decorum")
You "Trimble" can see/access the possible bug message, or it say gets elevated to Trimble when certain Trimble criteria are met.
Something like the following:
Potential Bug.
Select software < TBC / Quadri / WorksManager etc
Select Module < Survey / GIS / CAD / Draughting, etc
Select Location < UK / US, etc
Select Dealer ....
Enter Email of Distributor to contact
xxxx.xxxxx@sitechukandireland.com Software Version: 5.80, 5.70.1, etc.

That possible issue is addressed to the users Trimble dealer, but available for Trimble to see.
P.S Again have followed the recommendation (for a potential bug).
If there are TBC bugs or issues that need to be addressed, please first reach out to your local Trimble Authorized Dealer or communicate with a Trimble representative in a private message.
