Hi Alec,
This error tends to be related to the Graphics Card. Typically a Driver update resolves this.
Check for updates for the graphics card to see if that helps. Check the manufactures website for the update as the automatic search in Windows doesn't always find the latest.
If you continue to have issues reach out to your Reseller. They are the right place to go if this problem persists and we need to engage the Trimble Engineering teams. The Resellers can do that via the Geospatial support team if they can't resolve things themselves.
