TBC Export DXF to TSC3 with Trimble Access 2017

How would I go about loading a DXF onto a TSC3 with Trimble Access 2017?  TBC is telling me I need a subscription to export the DXF to the device, but I feel like I'm missing something and there is a workaround or another way to do it.

    Thank you for any guidance.

Copy the DXF file to a USB memory stick and plug the stick into the TSC3.

Then, copy the file to the device.

There's no need to use TBC.

Remember, these DXF files were created to work easily with any software and any device.

I also recommend saving the DXF file in one of the older versions. Things always seemed to work better back then.

The latest DXF versions don't always behave as you'd expect a proper Drawing Exchange File to.These latest versions of DXF have half the drawing missing

use a usb thumb drive. save it on drive then use file explorer on the tsc3 windows to save to the tsc3. then i think it is in the map screen where you can load it. but i am a bit rusty on remembering if you have to press and hold on the map or if it id in the lower ribbon (might have to slide over for more options).

newer computers have a hard time linking to tsc3 so thumb drive is the way to go.
