I think you're adding the wrong way.  Most likely you have field observed points.  A site calibration needs record points to move that data to.  You should use Create Point from the cad ribbon to add the record point and not the "add coordinate" to an existing point (which is adding a value to an existing point).  So your observed and record point names cannot be the same name for a site calibration.

When I add the coordinates of the point, the global coordinates are displayed as ?but site calibration says it needs global coordinates.

What could be the problem?
