Hello to all,
I resolved the problem for both software packages – TBC and FDM. Now, they function properly and I hope it will be the lasting condition!
Here is – how I resolved it:
I noticed in the taskbar area (see the picture below)

that Win 11 Pro issued an alert regarding security settings and that an action are to be performed
(instead of green mark as showed above, there was an yellow triangle with an exclamation mark).
So, I looked at Privacy and Security settings and opened it:

There, I opened the option Protection (Security) of Device
(for displaying of current condition and to manage the functions for securing the hardware) :

By opening the option above, I got the following
(Zabezpečenie zariadenia or Securing of the device: securing which is built-in in the device)
and there is the option Izolácia jadra (Isolation of the kernel). This helps to secure your device by protecting
Windows kernel.

Here, I opened Podrobnosti o izolácii jadra (Details about the kernel´s isolation).
I got the following:

This is Ochrana lokálnej autority zabezpečenia (Securing of local authority of protection).
It helps to protect the user´s credentials by preventing the reading of non-undersigned drivers and complements
into the local authority of protection.
And this option was: Vypnuté (Off). So I switched it On (Zapnuté).
Then, the Win 11 OS required restart, so I did it.
After restart, I installed TBC (full offline installation with ALL of its utilities), then – after TBC installation – I restarted my PC workstation again.
After restart, I started TBC – it functions. I started FDM – it functions.
I do not know, whether it is a general solution of the problem and similar problems for everybody or it is only a specific solution for me.
Maybe TBC uses some non-undersigned drivers, which could cause the problems I had with TBC/FDM two weeks.
Currently, I started TBC – it runs and also FDM. I hope – it will be steady and continuous condition.
Regards

Interestingly, I get the second error almost every time I try to start a new project using the "new default project" icon in the menu bar. Just one of those things I now come to expect with TBC.

Thanks Alan,
I lost plenty of time to get TBC working - without any success. I upgraded from Win 10 Pro to Win 11 Pro (24H2) OS with all possible updates applied, the same with Microsoft 365 package (Word/Excel/Microsoft Access/...), all drivers are up-to-date - nothing helped, TBC always delivers the same error message immediately after start and then closes, although the Task Manager tells me that it runs in the background.
When I run the Clean Up utility - it delivers some strange message:

I manually enabled full access for the file above for everyone and everything - no change. When I deleted the file, Clean Up delivers the same message for another file. Then, I tried to install ONLY Feature Definition Manager (FDM) - it means NO TBC and other utilities are installed (except Line Type Editor, Symbol Editor, Planning - which are inseparable parts of FDM installation) and when I start Line Type Editor/Symbol Editor/Planning - everything runs fine.
However, when I start FDM itself (when NO TBC and other utilities are installed), it crashes immediately:

+ a few additional error pages after the first one.
I installed the TBC on an old PC with Win 10 Pro - it works (however - I cannot use the old PC due to its low RAM/Storage memories).
I need to resolve the problem ASAP - thanks in advance.

Subject: TBC v2024.12 - a problem
Hello,
I have a problem with TBC v2024.12 when I start the application.
Yesterday, everything was still OK. Today, when I switched my computer on, first - MS Office 365 was automatically updated
and then, when I started TBC v2024.12 I see the following:

And after clicking on OK, TBC shuts down (does not start, although - when I look in the Task Manager/Details tab, TBC is running):

I tried to repair the installation and restart my PC, then used latest Clean Up utility v24.10.0.0 with full cleaning option, reinstalled TBC and restarted PC, nothing helps, the problem remains the same.
Then, I downgraded the TBC to v2024.10 - nothing helps.
Could the problem be associated with MS OFFICE 365 update?
Could anybody advise me how to solve the problem ASAP?
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
