Trimble Business Center

I am currently using TBC v5.70 and my colleague is still on v5.50 and having trouble getting v5.70 to install. He works remotely from Tennessee as I am located in Delaware at our corporate office. One problem he is having with the current v5.50 is that when he goes to open a project I saved in 5.70 it will not allow him to open it. We are thinking it is because he is still on 5.50. Has anyone had this issue or if you know that v5.50 will not open 5.70 projects?

1. Start a new project in your older TBC program.
2. Open File Explorer, and navigate to the file path of your newer TBC project file.
3. Hold down CTRL + shift on your keyboard, and while continuing to hold these keys down, drag and drop the newer TBC file into your old TBC program.
4. The new VCE project file should open in your older version of TBC.
