    I recently installed the TBC2024.10 software, but have not yet obtained a trial license from the local dealer. After installation, I attempted to import data but found that the software could not recognize T02 files. My operating system version is Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.

    However, when I used the latest version of the ConvertToRINEX tool to convert these T02 files, TBC2024.10 was able to recognize them. In the older versions of TBC that I used previously, I did not encounter similar issues. May I ask what is causing this?

    I don't have any issues importing T02 files into TBC 2024.10. Is this a clean install or did you upgrade from an older version? When you upgrade it is recommended that you remove the old version first using the Clean Up Utility. Either way I would recommend using the Trimble Office Cleanup Utility now and then reinstalling TBC.     I've determined the issue: the system doesn't support file paths with Chinese characters (this could be related to my local computer setup). Additionally, I think special characters in file paths require attention as well.
