    I have this strange issue.

I have created a Corridor Template.

In the two highlighted segments above, when I use the slider bar, I see that the Offset width varies. I could not find a reason for the same.

I have attached the *.vce file as a Zip file.

    Could some one help me.

    Thanks.

All of them are staying consistent on my end Saif. However the first 3>4 is showing a positive 2% on your screen shot on the file provided its -2%

There is also on one template in the file provided you have three

I figured out what was going wrong.

I had created additional templates further ahead in the chainage and the segment was transitioning in width to the next template.

I corrected by creating additional templates which were copies of the previous template just a meter before the new template. This fixed the issue.

    Thanks for all help.

If there is an easier and more robust work-around, do please let me know.

Those auto-connecting nodes can be annoying and dangerous. Run into that a long time ago.
See here for the old thread
"corrupted" TBC file - any way to extract information or load anyway? | Trimble Business Center

Alan Sharp explains in number 8 how that works and suggests to add a Null/empty template before the next section. That will prevent the nodes in different templates to auto-connect.
Have been doing that ever since. Haven't done corridor modelling in a while, don't know if the feature request Alan mentions has been implemented in any way.

    That was great. Thanks.

I have never used a "Null" Template. I will check this out.

The video that Alan refers to is not there (Link not working, shows Error 404). Any way I can access this video. Would be of great help next time.

    Thank you very much.

A blank template works well for certain things, but quite often you need to define a transition distance where the node begins to transition.

You can also uncheck the box to disallow transitions in that instruction:

Sometimes it can be helpful to "bookend" sections, to make sure you control what is going on in-between and to manage the frustrating node connections. Instead of copying a template, consider using a reference template for this purpose. This will allow edits to more easily propagate.
