There are some videos on YouTube that will help - I searched "topcon to trimble conversion". It does require Topcon's software 3D Office to export the LLH and NEZ values from the Topcon localization. You can then import the point files exported into TBC and perform a manual calibration.

Thanks Erik. I was able to extract the files and got the DWG and DXF files. Now just need to get the control and other points from the Topcon TP3 file which I am not sure how to do.

Rar is essentially a zip file. You should be able to open it up with Winrar or 7zip. Not sure what the file compressed file contains though.
