There was an issue introduced in a Connect API release. This was resolved on the 16th of November. Please try again to confirm these issues are no longer occurring.
Note - you may need to clear the AppData cache to get things working again for existing projects.
To clear out the AppData cache for TrimbleSyncManager go to AppData\Local\Trimble\Trimble Sync Manager\Connect and delete the folder (the Folder name will be a long list of letters and numbers - this is the TID that is linked to your Email), and then re-sync projects if needed.
