I know this is an old thread, but this pertains directly to the issue I'm facing. I receive an error every time trying to sign in. When I follow the folder structure, I'm lost at the point that the current user folder doesn't have an AppData folder at all, and none of the sub folders under the User contain a Local folder.
I'm beginning to get the feeling that TBC may be directing to a folder structure under a different user perhaps, otherwise I don't know how it would be functioning at all with those missing directories.

We have seen a handful of people have issues logging into the external services (Connect, Clarity, etc). To fix this issue, navigate to the following file path:
C:\Users\%Named User%\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage
Delete all folders and files in the IsolateStorage folder. This will clear out the token cache for the Trimble Identity package and will likely enable you to log back into the external services within TBC.

Subject: Trouble Signing in to Trimble Connect through TBC
I am unable to get Signed in to Trimble connect through TBC. Whether I try from the start page or from Options>External Services, it does not want to connect. I get the Sign in to Trimble connect loading bar at the bottom to pop up for a second but never gets past 0% before disappearing. Creating a new TCC service profile just gives me errors as well. Is there anyone else that has had this problem?
