TSC7 -- "DEADLOCK_LIMIT_REACHED" error message when synchronizing

    Has anyone else ran into the issue where you get an unhandled application crash when synchronizing the TSC7?  At the end of the error message it says "DEADLOCK_LIMIT_REACHED".  It has now happened with 8 different TSC7s in the last week, all on different job sites with different site files.  We have tried windows updates, emptying recycle bins, closing all active desktops, etc.  Can't seem to figure it out.
