Unable to Claim Device in EW 2.8.1

    Hello, Setting up new device on work manager to sync files to the community. The device names match on EW and TCC. I get an almost instant error on EW after trying to sync. The remote access to the machine works fine.

    Wondering if this isn't a problem with EW 2.8.1 as this is the only machine we have running this version. Anyone else having this problem?

    This is a forum for Trimble Business Center software. You'll have better luck solving the issue by contacting the SITECH dealer who sold you the Earthworks and WorksManager products.
