Upgrade to 5.70 and my takeoff templet is missing

  • 1.  Upgrade to 5.70 and my takeoff templet is missing

    I have a subscription account and just downloaded the 5.70 release. The takeoff templet that I created is missing.
    Does anyone know how I can recover my templet?

    Hello, 

    Did you happen to have save your template before upgrading on your desktop or in some other area?

    If not you can check the File path in the attached image to see if it was saved there. In the future you can set this capability up under "Options" and have it point to a back up location.

    No I did not save it anywhere else and it's not located in the file location.
    It looks like I lost everything.

    Found it!
    So the update changed the file path to  C:\Users\gmlco\AppData\Roaming\Trimble\Trimble Business Center\37.0

    Everything was in:
    C:\Users\gmlco\AppData\Roaming\Trimble\Trimble Business Center\35.0
