I'm due for a new laptop and was looking at the Microsoft Surface Pro 9. The only problem is my TBC access is granted via a USB A flashdrive and the surface pro 9 only has USB C ports. Will the usb key still grant me access to TBC if used through a USB A to USB C adapter?

Yes it will and also if it doesn't show up you can look at the surface pro docking station that has 4 usb ports on it that will work as well.
