I also have the issue in v5.90. I'm sticking with v5.80 for now. Tested it once on Friday and finally left it to run when I left the office for the weekend. Tried it again today, took about 20 minutes to load the devices and 30-40 minutes to load the WO list to choose one to import. Closed the command and chose a collector to choose a WO to see if it was any faster....it wasn't. Sticking with 5.80 for now as 5.81 seems to not load all of the devices. Definitely a TBC problem there and not WM.

I was assuming it was something on WM end. Good call on checking older version.
2 min is still long in todays cyber speed but definitely faster.

Just tried again this morning and it took 59 minutes to import 1 work order. Got another laptop and was able to open a blank 5.81 TBC file, connect to WM, and import the same file in 2 minutes.

Yes. This is a nuisance.

When trying to import work orders in TBC v5.9 via WorksManager it is taking roughly 10-15 minutes to populate Devices/Machines in the list. After loading, it then takes another 10-15 minutes after selecting a collector for import. We just updated to 5.9 today and did not have this issue this morning prior to updating. We have had multiple users on multiple sites attempt this with varying levels of success. Overall, we have found sites with fewer devices load faster but, still get bogged down when trying to import work orders. Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
Nate
