That has it's own issues and the full export can include items that are incompatible with WM, Data Collector Siteworks, and EarthWorks machine control vcl's. I recommend people stay at 2024.10 until the fix comes out. This is cross linked here with the WorksManger forums.

So, it looks like the vcl file is not getting exported correctly using the WorksManager Design Upload thru TBC.
But if you export the vcl file manually using the Export command, then it grabs everything with no issue.

Subject: Ver 2024.12: WorksManager Upload Issue
After updating to TBC Ver 2024.12, I have been having issues with uploading design into WorksManager. Any designs that consist of both linework and surface, the linework don't show up in the upload. Only the surface makes it to WorksManager, Sitework & Earthworks. However, if a design is solely linework, no surface associated with it, the linework shows up in the devices with no problem. We are pretty certain that it is the recent TBC update that causes this because we don't experience this uploading from a machine with the old version of TBC.
