I was wondering is Vertical & Horizontal Precision Sigma Values or Total Values? For Example, if I have a Vertical Precision of .1 USFT is that +_.05 or +-.1?

A little specifics would help here. Are you trying to clarify how TBC reports HRMS/VRMS? If what you are asking is what i believe, .1' USFT VRMS would be +- .1' (i.e., .1' radius).

Typically the default for TA and TBC is DRMS which is 1 sigma or 67% reliability.

It was explained to me like this: Horizontally, it would be the radius of an ellipse/circle of 0.1 feet. If it were vertical, it would be plus/minus 0.1 feet on a vertical scale.
