3d Line Strings Exported from TBC Don't Match Civil 3d points..

I've noticed that 3d linestrings that I'm exporting from TBC don't quite match the Civil 3d points when copied into the drawing. There a small difference between the line vertex and the corresponding point of a few thousandths of a foot. My question for the community is: Has anyone else encountered this problem and do you have a fix? Any help would be much appreciated.

were alignments created in each program or were they created in one and the transferred to the other one?  what I have noticed is different programs configure alignments slightly different within a few thousandths.  thats my thought

i see the same problem with our workflow. we typically export a dwg file and copy the linework into a cad drawing(carlson). and also export a custom csv points file. we are in metric and usually see about 1mm at the vertexes. i am pretty sure it is a rounding problem. check when exporting the dwg and csv how many decimal places are being exported. easy to see on the csv after the export, but less obvious on the dwg(or dxf if that is what you are using). i would guess this is your problem. hope this helps.
