I've had this issue for quite some time now and it has stopped me from upgrading my version of TBC from v5.6. I think i'm right in saying that this topic has been discussed up by
@Alan Sharp from Rockpile Solutions where when you export a drawing from TBC, in AutoCAD the blocks have been scaled up by 12. I thought thgis issue was going to be resolved in v5.7 but in trying the latest v5.8 the issue i have still appears to be there.
In TBC the my North arrow block appers at the correct scale for the drawing...
