Changing dimensions of multiple objects that are originally the wrong size

I have been tasked with laying out paint marks on an airport parking area. I have run into a problem where all of the marking boxes for each airport spot have the wrong dimensions. The boxes are each 32"x20" currently but are supposed to be 34"x22". I would like to have these correct so I do not have to make adjustments in the field for each of these, but there are hundreds of them and I cannot find a way to accomplish this efficiently. I tried using the scale option, and while I can get it close it is extremely time consuming. Is there a way to select all of this certain type of object and adjust them together at once? If not, is there a way to adjust one of them and then get the others to all match that one's dimensions? I have attached a picture with an arrow pointing to the box in question. There are two of these boxes per airplane parking spot and 180 spots total, so any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

Since you're chasing an even 1" offset to one side you could try my attached multi offset macro.

Assuming that all rectangles are defined the same way (clockwise/counterclockwise) you just need to offset in one direction. If they are mixed then offset in both directions and choose the right line in the field.

And double check the offset, I'm developing for meters but it should work with feet as well.

I'm still working on the correct elevations in tight kinks, but I assume that your line work is at zero and elevation not really important anyway, am I right?

As always, unzip the attached file somewhere into "C:\ProgramData\Trimble\MacroCommands"
