How to draw common tangents between two circles?
I can do this easily in Magnet, a relatively simpler survey program but I don't know how to do this in TBC.
E.g.: I have surveyed two survey marks. Our boundaries are referenced by offsets rather than bearing and distance. To solve this, I create two circles to represent offsets. The common tangent will be the boundary line with the boundary corners being some station on that line (the lengthening or shortening of that line).
